MMS manufactures prefabricated MEP systems at our 130,000 square foot facility in Andover, Massachusetts. We build modular mechanical penthouses, pump skids, heat exchangers, and complete MEP assemblies for commercial, healthcare, institutional, and life sciences projects throughout New England.
Our ISO 9001:2015 certified campus includes overhead cranes, spool-fed welding equipment, and climate-controlled assembly bays. All fabrication is performed by union tradespeople.

Manufacturing Capabilities
We model every system in Revit before fabrication. Our in-house team includes 10+ full-time modelers and QA/QC staff who coordinate with design engineers throughout the build process. Systems are pressure tested and commissioned in our shop before delivery.
Our facility manufactures systems from single pump skids to complete mechanical penthouses weighing 80+ tons. We deliver via trailer to job sites and crane yards throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.
