Harry is responsible for the daily operation of our 70,000 SQ FT Andover Campus, both the plumbing and HVAC prefabrication shops. He maintains the company’s building and grounds and serves as the project manager for all renovations and major upgrades of the site.
He also supports the prefabrication efforts of each job by securing materials, collaborating with sub-contractors and vendors, assisting with scheduling, and coordinating skid deliveries. Harry has extensive experience with a wide range of mechanical systems, which provides each project with valuable insight for the complete construction process.
Harry is continuously focused on maintaining a 3-6 month look ahead schedule while adhering to all safety and quality requirements.
