MMS was asked to provide a heating hot water modular penthouse with an energy recovery unit.
- Penthouse included: (2) boilers, (2) boiler pumps, (2) hot water pumps, VFD’s, VRF, an energy recovery unit as well as associated electrical and controls scope.
- This customer wanted to maximize usable square footage within the building and opted for a roof mounted modular system.
- These units will be installed in June 2022 and full occupancy is expected by end of 2022.
