Headquartered in Boston MA, Beth Israel constructed their first new building in 20 years. This new ten-story, 345,000 square foot facility, is intended to meet the needs of their patients in a rapidly changing health care environment. The building provides single bed, family-friendly rooms as well as a host of surgical, diagnostic and procedural suites, conference space, rooftop gardens and a medical helicopter landing pad.
MMS was asked to provide prefabricated electrical rooms for each floor of the new inpatient building.
- Skid included: panels, circuit breakers, wiring, conduit and transformers for both normal and emergency power rooms for each floor.
- This effort helped accelerate the installation of new electric rooms and emergency electric rooms on each floor.
- These units were installed in March 2021 with full occupancy in Fall 2022.
